Bernadette Abood
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2013, Bernadette spent 4 years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in the financial services audit division where her experience spanned across some of Australia’s largest wealth managers.
Bernadette is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Caleb Brown
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2022, Caleb was the CEO of Anchorage portfolio company, Brand Collective (Fund II), where he led the business through a period of significant growth and transformation, and exit. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Pacific Brands and began his career at KPMG.
Caleb is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University in Melbourne.
Callen O'Brien
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2014, Callen was a senior partner at Minter Ellison where he advised many of Australia’s leading private equity firms on their investments in the region.
Callen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW and has been admitted to practice law in Australia, England and New York.
Cameron Forsyth
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2024, Cameron was an Investment Banking Associate at UBS and Credit Suisse, where he worked on a number of public and private M&A transactions with a focus on private capital clients in the General Industrials and Infrastructure sectors.
Cameron received a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
Edward Bostock
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2024, Ed held a number of senior positions at Wesfarmers Limited including CFO of Wesfarmers Health. Prior to Wesfarmers, Ed led private equity teams and investments at KKR and Pacific Equity Partners.
Ed is a non-executive Director of The Kids Research Insititute Australia and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
Elizabeth Zhang
Elizabeth brings over eight years of experience in private equity fund management, fund investments and structuring at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, where she worked across North America and Hong Kong.
She also previously held an Investor Relations role at a pan-Asian asset management firm, PAG.
Emma Sun
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2025, Emma was an Investment Manager at Crescent Capital Partners in Sydney, where she was involved in the execution and management of investments across various industries. Prior to this, Emma was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company and a Strategy Manager at Woolworths.
Emma received a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Auckland.
Fiona Scarf
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2008, Fiona worked for Chandler Macleod, Roadshow Entertainment and L.J. Hooker, holding senior administration, human resources and event management roles.
Fiona received a Graduate Diploma of Counselling at Excelsia College.
George Wroe
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2025, George has gained over twelve years of investing and operational experience across leading private equity, investment banking and ASX10 Organisations such as Wesfarmers Group / Wesfarmers Health, Affinity Equity Partners and Deutsche Bank.
George holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in finance from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Jasmine Wang
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2021, Jasmine worked as an Associate at Z Capital Group in New York, where she was involved in the sourcing, executing and monitoring of investments across various industries. Prior to this, Jasmine was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Jasmine received a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Khurshed Mehta

Monica Zhang
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2018, Monica spent over 7 years in the Finance division of Macquarie Group, supporting the asset management, trading and mortgages businesses.
Monica is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
Nathan Seeto
Prior to joining Anchorage, Nathan worked in the finance departments at Caledonia Private Investments and Nexia Australia.
Phillip Cave AM
Phil is founder and Executive Chair of Anchorage and has been investing in operational turnarounds for over 40 years. Prior to embarking on his turnaround investment path, Phil was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank.
Phil was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2007 for services to the community, particularly support services to children and young adults with disabilities, and to business as a company director.
He is currently Chairman of the not-for-profit organisations Ability First Australia and Excelsia University College.
Simon Woodhouse
Prior to joining Anchorage in 2008, Simon worked with both public and private companies including, James Hardie Industries, Consolidated Press Holdings, Tab Limited and Crown Casino.
Simon holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants in Australia.
